excellent reception

This hotel is nice, and has free wi-fi, a cozy bar lounge, and excellent 24-hour reception. I remember my first stay where staff helped with a late departure. I highly recommend it. I'm coming back for Christmas.

Enjoyed it. Had 6 nights in Derby, spending my time here lovely. The staff was pleasant throughout the day. Comforts of family room were fabulous - a kettle, central heating and an iron. Besides, an indoor shopping centre was 2 km away from the property.

It was a lovely stay for the price. The location was easy, approx 10-15 minutes' walk from Derby Museum and Art Gallery. Everything was very good as expected, yet the bathroom was too small.

Delicious rich breakfast buffet, clean room.

The shower curtain had mold stains and was the cheapest quality. Shower curtains should be replaced more frequently, it's not that expensive.

The hotel is really clean and the staff are super friendly. The location is great, only a 10-15 min walk to the city center. Free parking is a big plus too! Our double room was comfy, and i liked how cute the reception was. We enjoyed a pretty peaceful stay!

But the breakfast wasn't great, and the decor felt kinda old and tired. The shower pressure was decent tho!
